Abstract

Partnership is a collaboration between two or more parties who work together to achieve a common goal. Al Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School Cooperative (Kopontren) is one of the cooperatives that carries out partnership activities with supermarkets. The partnership activities carried out are marketing partnerships for agricultural products, especially vegetable products. The purpose of this partnership pattern with supermarkets is to find out the application of the Al Ittifaq Islamic boarding school cooperative partnership pattern with supermarkets and to find out the benefits of the partnership pattern carried out by the Al Ittifaq Islamic boarding school cooperative and supermarkets. The scope of the partnership pattern implemented by Kopontren Al Ittifaq Bandung, is the partnership requirements, partnership pattern and benefits of partnership for the Al Ittifaq Islamic boarding school and supermarkets. The methods used in preparing this report are interviews, documentation, literature study and observation, with the resulting data being primary data and secondary data. The partnership carried out by the Al Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School has 3 stages, namely the pre- implementation stage, the implementation process, and the post-implementation stage. Al Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School Cooperative has partnered with 2 Lion Superindo (LSI) Supermarkets and Yogya Group to market Kopontren vegetable products. The partnership pattern implemented is a Subcontract partnership pattern. The conditions for entering into a partnership are that 2 or more parties have the same vision and mission in achieving goals, have an agreement and need each other. As well as obtaining benefits for both parties, namely in terms of productivity, efficiency, risk and social aspects. Keywords: partnership, partnership pattern, cooperative, kopontren al ittifaq
