Abstract

coffee leaf can be made into kawa leaf tea. the purpose of this research is to utilize coffee leaf into kawa leaf to improve the economy in bukik apik as coffee roasters. to improve the quality of kawa leaf conducted experiments and the best part is the interaction between the treatment of fermentation time 0 min or without fermentation and drying temperature of 80c. by processing the coffee leaf previously untapped, can supplement the family income of Rp 320.000,-/month
