Abstract

The rice fields intensified rice planted with anaerobic system so that the potential of paddy yields in these lowland rice. Rice cultivation with aerobic system that is SRI method (The System of Rice Intensification), allowing beneficial microorganisms live, active breeding. One is a non-symbiotic type of non-symbiotic rhizobacteria. The problem of N element in the wetlands is the efficiency of the use of fertilizer which is only about 30-50%. N elements that are relatively short availability, easily dissolved in water, carried percolation, surface flow and volatile. Utilization of soil biotechnology such as Azotobacter ie non-symbiotic N non-inhibiting rhizobacteria, fertilizer efficiency can be improved. This type of rhizobacteria is expected to increase the availability of nutrients, specifically N is a native indigenous N inducer. The objectives of the study were (1) to know the dosage of isolate of Azotobacter indigenous bacteria suitable for germination of rice seed. (2) Acquired dose of correct indigenous Azotobacter bacteria isolate on rice vegetative growth of SRI method. The study was carried out using a complete Randomized Design with 5 treatment of isolates ie A0: Control (without administration of Azotobacter), A10: isolate dose 10ml / l, A20: isolate dose 20 ml / l, A3-: isolate dose 30 ml / l, and A40 ml / l: a dose isolate of 40 ml / l. The results showed that in the application of Azotobacter isolate 20 ml / l gave the highest yield for the germination (100%), the growth potential of maximum (100%) and the synchrony grow at A30 ml / l (98.33%). Observation on the best vegetative growth at 20 ml`l dose ie plant height 59,27 cm number of tillers, 20 wet weight husk 26,31 gr, dry weight 16,36 gram. It can be concluded that the 20 ml / l Azotobacterindigenous isolate can increase the germination and vegetative growth of rice plants of SRI method. Keywords: Indigenous, Azotobacter, SRI method
