the study was conducted to determine the antioxidant activity of chocolate drink against DPPH. Chocolate drink is made froma combination of natural materials consisting of non fermented cocoa beans, young leaves of surian and ginger are widely available in Indonesia. the antioxidant activity of cocoa dringk was analyzed by DPPH method. this research uses experimental methods with laboratory experiments. making do with a chocolate beverage formula combining the buliding block of 3 drinks with a variety of comparisons to obtain a 12 formula drinks. furthermore every formula brewed with warm water within 10 minutes of each formula testing antioxidant activity. the results obtain indicate that the value of the IC-50 formula drink with the higest antioxidant activity is AIBI (EC50=702,21 mg/L) and the lowest is A3B2 (EC50=1196,07mg/L)
