Abstract

The activity was conducted to improve the quality of raw materials and production capacity of teabag which is made of kahwa daun (dried coffee leaves) from west Sumatera. The quality of raw material of teabag can be increased by improving furnace that was used in processing leaves. The production capacity can be increased by giving package technology (equipment) such as automatic sealer mechine. The production capacity has increased up to 3 times which was originally 250 box monthly to reach 750 box monthly.
