Abstract

A study of the case against the respondents with stroke and hypertension cases involving Dr typhoid bukittinggi. the purpose of this case study is to investigate the management of diet in case of stroke hypertension who accompanied dr typhoid in bukittinggi, and to know the dietary habits of respondens. data and analyzed descriptively. the result of recall 24 hours based on the given diet, not all eaten patients. from and carbohydrates 304.5 g patients o fever with temperature 39.7 c, positive widal test result. an increasing degree of stress 10%. so the stress factor is 40% of patients, white physical activity 10% of patients because patients bedrest, SDA 5% because the patient is given the liquid diet. set the food menu is highly recommended for stroke patients with hypertension to avoid and restrict food taht can incerase blood pressure, so the patient does not have a stroke
