Abstract

intensification of rice fields planted with rice by the anaaerobic system so that the yield potential of rice in paddy fields is low. rice cultivation in the aerobic system is the method of SRI allows beneficial microorganisms living, actively proliferate. one is the type of microorganisms fungi mycorhizal fungi (AMF).P element problem in wetlands and fertilizer use efficiency of only about 15% P element whose aviability has long carrier material that is difficult to be described so that the land becomes marginal. accumulation of each fertilizer P causes the land to be damaged so that the roots are unable to absorb nutrient. memanfaatan biotechnology ground that utilizing the type of (FMA) indigenous more adaptive to the nature of his life so that the working of this FMA more fertilizer efficiency can be improved this study aims to (1) obtain isolates fungi mycorrhizal fungi indigenous (2) know the type of frequency indigenous FMA presence of more than 50%.(3) the effect of isolates fungi mycorrhizal fungi indigenous to the viability and vigor of rice seeds
