Abstract

Activities in science and technology of the community in the form of : sri method pakacge system legowo and use biofertilizer of improving farmer revenue. has been implemented in farmer groups pulutan sati west payakumbuh and farmer group muaro saiyo districts mungka limapuluh Kota, aims to improve rate income rice farmers through the application package SRI method legowo system and the use of biofertilizer. Activities carried out by method of discussion, demonstration and coaching. each location in the two groups of farmers using 1 hectare demonstrartion plots to demonstrate the benefits of technology to the target. evaluation of pilot project showed that after administration tool rotary weeder cultivator weed weeding cost occur efficiency by 29 HKP (60.42 to 63.46%) production reached 6.7 ton. ha or216% production increase in farmer group pulutan sati payakumbuh and the farmer group muaro saiyo 5.56 ton.ha or increase in production by 222.4% farmers income increased 720.56% on pulutan sati farmer group and muaro saiyo income increase 355.29% most of the target audience has adopted this technology, especially the farmers who are already using SRI methods. implementing domonstrasi plots are esxpected to disseminate the tecnology to other group member
